The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. nusstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Player's failure to keep their login details secure. Any activity conducted through a Player's account will be deemed to have been authorised by that Player unless the Player has notified nusstar of a security breach in writing without undue delay.
nusstar reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
All financial transactions on nusstar are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may be subject to change.

nusstar reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of the review. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to such a review.
No Hidden Fees: nusstar does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees. nusstar is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
nusstar may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nusstar and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nusstar platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nusstar content without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of nusstar's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

nusstar will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (such as payment processing), or with the Player's explicit consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nusstar's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nusstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if nusstar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
nusstar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond nusstar's reasonable control. nusstar will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: The Player acknowledges that gambling involves risk and that they may lose some or all of the funds they deposit. nusstar is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by the Player. Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their means.
nusstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, nusstar reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting nusstar customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable withdrawal verification procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and nusstar, the Player should first contact nusstar customer support to seek an informal resolution. nusstar will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority for adjudication in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The decision of the regulatory authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
